When you purchase sheet music from iSheetMusic, you get the right to use the sheet music on any device which is compatible with iSheetMusic or may become compatible in the future.  You may not print or otherwise redistribute the sheet music you purchase from iSheetMusic or store the sheet music on any other device with the exception of backups of data which may be made to your computer.

Purchasing sheet music from iSheetMusic does not confer any rights other than the ability to view and interact with the sheet music on a compatible device.

Privacy Policy

iSheetMusic is committed to keeping the personal details of its visitors and customers private and secure.  We will not pass on your information to any third party organization without your consent with the exception of billing information which will be securely transmitted to our credit card clearing partner or PayPal.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

iSheetMusic automatically synchronizes purchased sheet music with your iSheetMusic compatible device whenever your device can contact iSheetMusic servers.  Should any purchase fail to transfer successfully, you can contact iSheetMusic for a refund.

Shipping and Handling

All purchases from iSheetMusic are delivered directly to your iSheetMusic compatible device automatically and typically occur within seconds of your purchase.  There may be circumstances where it may take up to an hour for your device to successfully sync with our servers.

Security

iSheetMusic’s ecommerce solution is designed to keep you safe and secure while shopping with us.  All interactions with iSheetMusic servers occur over SSL connections with 128 bit or greater encryption.  This technology encrypts all information transmitted between your device and our servers.  All credit card information is immediately transmitted to our credit card transaction partner’s servers where it is processed in compliance with PCI standards required by the credit card industry. If you choose to use PayPal, all PayPal account information is stored on PayPal servers.

iSheetMusic offers customers the opportunity to save their credit card numbers so future purchases can occur more quickly.  You must explicitly choose to do this and if you do choose to do so, the information is stored securely in our credit card transaction partner’s servers in compliance with PCI standards required by the credit card industry.
